applied-AI systems for complex real-world operations

I design systems that turn high-variance workflows into structured, scalable systems.

I build applied-AI systems for complex real-world operations, turning unstructured, high-variance processes into coordinated, automatable workflows. My work spans operational intelligence, workflow automation, and systems built to function reliably at scale.

I’ve helped build and lead product, design and engineering teams at multiple venture-backed companies, including Move AI (Founder & CEO), HiOperator (Cofounder & CTO, Y Combinator S16), Waylens (Cofounder & CPO), Monarch Money (Director of Product), and Frog Design (Design Technologist).

Before startups, I was a researcher in the Collective Learning Group at the MIT Media Lab, and later at the US Army Geospatial Research Laboratory and US Army Engineer Research & Development Center, focusing on how organizations learn and distribute information, remote sensing, complex systems, modeling, and real-world perception.

My graduate work at the MIT Media Lab (S.M., PhD dropout) on urban perception proved foundational for a new generation of city-scale perception measurement.
